One of the benefits of regular church attendance is it*s benefit for loved ones and others. When a parent attends a Biblical church regularly that parent sets an unforgettable example for their children, relatives, friends, neighbors, enemies and everyone else that sees it, but especially for their children. All those others learn at least one way to worship God. They learn that you believe God is worth regular church attendance and that He is worth at least that little commitment. I hope and pray you are not setting an example for your children and others that demonstrates a belief that God*s House is not worth going to. Are you interested in whether your children and friends will go to Heaven or Hell? Are you concerned that those who get into Heaven will get in by the skin of their teeth and not receive rewards there?

Hebrews 10:25: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

This not a suggestion, it is an exhortation. It means to call near, to invite, to invoke, to implore, to beseech, to call for someone to be of good cheer, to call to comfort, to desire, to intreat or to pray. Vance Havner*s ministry was a tremendous blessing to hundreds of thousands and probably millions. I believe that was due to his father*s faithful church attendance.
